# MEGA v1.6 — Import Repair Test Report

- Original v1.5 files preserved; only app/bulk_import.php changed, plus added fix instructions.
- PHP lint passed on all 6 PHP files.
- GTM workbook structure validated: 9 departments, 12 strategic, 203 operational; all references resolve.
- Live PHP ZipArchive + SimpleXML + MySQL import not executed (required extensions unavailable here).

Upgrade on existing host: replace `app/bulk_import.php` only (do not replace `app/config.php` or rerun installer). Full archive is included for convenience. Test on Afrihost staging first.
